So I finally graduated!!! It's been a long time coming and I can honestly say I didn't know if that day would ever come, but it did!!! I graduated with my bachelors degree in dental hygiene. I'm a BSDH!
Graduation was LONG and by the end of it all I had a monster headache, but that's usually how graduation goes, a lot of people blowing a lot of smoke up a lot of people's butts.....big YAWN!
When I graduated from high school I surprised my family by writing an original composition. I was selected from the graduation committee to play it at graduation. My parents knew I was playing, but no one else did. It was a great surprise. Well I decided to keep the tradition going by writing a piece for college graduation. My friend Stephanie and I decided last summer that we would write a song and we did! The only one who knew was Chris, kind of hard to keep that from him, so everyone was surprised at the graduation. Chris uploaded the video of it onto my facebook page. You can see it under my videos. It's titled "If we reach for the stars".
I also passed ALL of my boards and was able to get my license several weeks ago. I have been searching for a job right now and am just waiting to hear back from a couple places....so keep your fingers crossed!!!
